ShuoLong Industrial manufactures a complete line of Bag Filter Basket Strainer, Filter Bag Baskets Perforated tube, and Filter Housings which replace all current models as well as any which have been discontinued by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (O.E.M.).

These replacement Bag Filter Basket Strainer and housings are made to equal or exceed the O.E.M. NDFP offers replacement Strainer Baskets, Filter Bag Basket Strainers, and Filter Housings.

STRAINER BASKETS &Filter BAG BASKET

Basket standard material is 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel is available as an option.

Basket Media Selection Perforated

Bag Filter Basket Strainer. For cleanable strainer baskets, choose from the following perforation diameters:1/4, 3/16, 9/64, 1/16 inch. For filter bag baskets: Standard 9/64-inch diameter perforations, with 51% open area, are supplied.

Perforated With Wire Mesh Strainer

Strainer and filter bag baskets: Stainless steel wire is used in mesh sizes 30, 60, 100, 150, or 200. When used as a filter-bag basket, the following advantages are realized: Fiber migration is minimized In the unlikely event of bag rupture, the wire mesh contains the contaminant. Bag material cannot become "lodged" in the perforations due to extreme pressure differential. Enhanced flow characteristics when using monofilament bags.
