Pleated filters can be used almost anywhere where high filtration performance is required in a small installation space. The folded mesh increases the filter surface many times over. We supply the ready-made meshes bordered according to your requirements. Pleated filters can be used for a large variety of filter media, so they are to be found in a wide range of applications such as process technology, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, automotive and many more besides.

Stainless steel pleated filters elements are mainly made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, it is durable in structure and offer large dirty holding capacity with a minimal pressure drop. These filter cartridges are typically pleated or cylindrical (wrapped), with a lightweight core and a support ring. Industrial process cartridges overcome the temperature and compatibility limitations of cellulose or synthetic fiber cartridges by being manufactured of stainless steel using crimping and welding, with no brazing or epoxy bonding used.

• Inner and outer supports use CNC welding and full-position TIG welding for higher fatigue strength and fully sealed weld quality.
• Maintains structural stability under high pressure, corrosion, and high temperature conditions, ensuring long-term filtration accuracy.

Each filter element undergoes individual bubble point, pressure resistance, and seal integrity testing before leaving the factory, eliminating internal leaks or premature collapse failures.

INDUSTRIAL GRADE REUSABILITY & CLEANING STABILITY

Stainless steel filter elements/media maintain structural stability during repeated ultrasonic cleaning, backwashing, and chemical cleaning — unlike inferior elements that deform or lose micron-level accuracy after several regeneration cycles.

Stainless steel wire mesh has good acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance.

In addition to common mesh sizes, we can also provide 635×4500 mesh with the highest absolute filtration value up to 1 micron.
